Everything you need to know about billing cycles, payment methods, and managing your HostCraft service subscriptions.

Viewing Invoices

Invoices are generated 7 days before your service due date. To view or download them:

1. Log in to the HostCraft Dashboard.
2. Click on the Billing dropdown in the top menu.
3. Select My Invoices.
4. Click on the Invoice # to view details or download as PDF.

Accepted Payment Methods

We support a wide range of global payment options to ensure instant activation:

• Cryptocurrency: BTC (Bitcoin) and USDT (Tether) accepted via Coinbase Commerce.
• Local Payments (Pakistan): All local options supported (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Bank Transfer).
• Local Payments (India & Bangladesh): Available upon request. Please contact us before purchasing.

Cancellations & Refunds

You can cancel your service at any time from the product details page. Note that:

• Immediate Cancellation: Terminates the service instantly. Data cannot be recovered.
• End of Billing Period: Service remains active until the paid term expires.
