VNC Console Access
The VNC Console acts as a direct monitor connection to your servrer. Use it to troubleshoot boot issues or when you lock yourself out of the network.
Accessing the Console
- Log in to the HostCraft Dashboard (Virtualizor).
- Select your VPS from the list.
- Click the VNC icon in the control toolbar.
- A pop-up window will open showing the server screen.
Browser Tip
Ensure your browser allows pop-ups for our dashboard URL, otherwise the VNC window won't launch.
Usage Tips
- Send Ctrl+Alt+Del: Use the button in the VNC toolbar to send special keys, which is often required to log in to Windows.
- Copy/Paste: By default, clipboard sharing involves a few steps depending on the VNC client (noVNC). It's easier to type passwords manually.
- Boot Mode: If the server isn't booting, watching the VNC screen can reveal kernel panics or blue screens of death (BSOD).
