Refund Policy

1. Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all new Web Hosting, VPS, and Game Server subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason during the first 7 days, you may request a full refund.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items and services are strictly non-refundable:

• Cryptocurrency Payments: Due to transaction volatility and fees, crypto payments (Bitcoin, LTC, etc.) are non-refundable. Account credit may be offered instead.
• Software Licenses: cPanel, Windows, Plesk, or other third-party software licenses.
• Dedicated Servers: Setup fees and first month's lease for dedicated hardware are non-refundable once provisioning begins.
• Domains: Domain name registrations and transfers.

3. Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, your account must:

• Be in good standing with no violations of our Terms of Service (TOS) or Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). Account terminations due to abuse are NOT eligible for refunds.
• Be a new customer or a new service order (renewals are generally non-refundable unless cancelled prior to the renewal date).

4. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed to the original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or processor.

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or dispute without contacting us first will result in immediate account termination. We are happy to resolve issues amicably through our support channels.
