The Infrastructure
HostCraft servers run inside carrier-neutral datacenter facilities operated by our datacenter partner — redundant power, multi-carrier upstream connectivity, and inline DDoS mitigation in protected regions. We build the platform, automation, and support layer on top of those facilities, and we tell you plainly which parts are ours and which are the partner's.
How We Operate
Provisioning is fully automated: pay, and the service deploys. Abuse reports, complaints, and escalations are handled by the operator under the published response times on our contact page — with an abuse desk at [email protected] for third-party reports.
