- Account Details: full name, email address, billing address, and contact details needed to run your account and provide support.
- Payment Data: payments are made through the manual methods shown at checkout (UPI, bank transfer, bKash, USDT and similar). You submit a transaction reference as proof of payment; card numbers and banking credentials are never entered on or stored by our servers.
- Telemetry & Audit Logs: sign-in timestamp, client IP address, and browser agent, used to protect your account against unauthorized access.
3. How We Use Collected Data
- Automated provisioning and maintenance of your servers and hosting services.
- Issuing payment receipts and keeping required accounting records.
- Notifying you about maintenance windows, IP changes, resource alerts, or security issues.
- Providing technical support and investigating abuse or unauthorized access.
4. Where Your Data Lives
HostCraft operates servers in Delhi and Mumbai (India), Singapore, Dhaka (Bangladesh), Frankfurt (Germany), and the US East (United States). Server data stays in the location you choose at order time. Account and billing records are processed by the operator, and payments are handled through the manual methods shown at checkout. 5. Data Retention & Erasure
- Data on decommissioned disks is securely erased before drives return to the provisioning pool.
- Transaction receipts and accounting records are kept for the period required by applicable tax and bookkeeping rules.
- You may request complete account deletion via an erasure request to

6. Children's Privacy
HostCraft services are for adults only. You must be at least 18 to hold an account, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact [email protected] and we will delete it promptly.
7. Analytics & Tracking
HostCraft does not use third-party analytics, advertising pixels, session-replay tools, or cross-site trackers on the storefront or client dashboard. All fonts and interface assets are served from our own domain, so your IP address is not disclosed to third-party content networks when you load our pages. We record only first-party operational logs (sign-in timestamp, IP address, and browser agent) for account security, as described above.
