Summary: HostCraft is an independently operated hosting service. By deploying services you agree to lawful usage under our Acceptable Use Policy, prompt renewals (services never auto-renew), and a 95% uptime guarantee backed by service credits.
1. The Contract
HostCraft is the trading name under which this service is operated. These terms form the agreement between you and HostCraft for virtual servers, game server hosting, and web hosting.
Payments are credited to your HostCraft wallet through the manual payment methods shown at checkout; the terms of the payment channel you use (for example, your bank or wallet provider) apply to the transfer itself.
2. Service Level Commitment
We guarantee a minimum of 95% monthly network and power availability across our server locations (~99% typical), backed by our datacenter partner's redundant power and carrier-neutral facilities:
- SLA Credits: verified downtime below the 95% floor is compensated as account credits per our Service Level Agreement.
- Hardware: failed host components are replaced by our datacenter partner's on-site engineers.
3. Acceptable Use
You get full root/administrator authority over your services, subject to our Acceptable Use & Abuse Policy. In short, the following are prohibited and can lead to immediate suspension:
- Fraud, card testing, phishing, and malware distribution.
- Spam, open mail relays, and unsolicited bulk messaging.
- Originating DDoS attacks, port scans, or brute-force attempts against third parties.
- Content that is illegal in the server's host jurisdiction or under applicable law.
4. Billing & Renewals
Services are prepaid monthly or annually from your HostCraft wallet:
- There is no automatic renewal — a service runs for its paid term and expires unless you renew it yourself.
- Receipts for completed payments are issued to your registered email and inside the client area.
- Renewal reminders are sent to your registered email before expiry.
5. Data Backup Responsibilities
We run redundant storage and provide snapshot tools, but you are responsible for maintaining offsite backups of critical production data. We are not liable for data loss except where caused by our proven failure to deliver the service.
6. Jurisdiction & Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
7. Eligibility & Age Requirement
HostCraft services are for adults and businesses. You must be at least 18 years old to register an account or purchase services. Accounts found to belong to minors are terminated and their data deleted.
8. Copyright Infringement & Repeat Infringer Policy
HostCraft respects intellectual property rights and responds to copyright notices under the procedure on our Copyright Complaints page.
- Repeat Infringer Policy: accounts of clients determined to be repeat copyright infringers are terminated in appropriate circumstances. Three or more valid infringement findings ordinarily result in termination.
- Enforcement: confirmed infringement may result in content removal, suspension, or termination.
